chevron_rightIs there shopping close by? Yes. There is a WinnDixie less than 10 minutes. Two Dollar Generals, one north and one south within 5 minutes.

chevron_rightAre there restaurants near by? Yes. There are several with a 5 minute drive, including Peace River Seafood, Ryans Subs and Sports Bar, Zoets, Piccolo, Santa Lucia Pizzeria, and King House Chinese. As well as a new McDonalds next to the RaceTrac.

chevron_rightDo you need approval for any modifications? You do not need approval for interior changes. But you will have to submit a form to our DRC for approval of exterior changes.
