About Us

The Estates on Peace River is a small community with less than 30 homes. We are located near the shell creek area of Punta Gorda, Florida. Conveniently located off of US17 (Duncan Road).

 

Residents enjoy large 1+ acre lots with plenty of room to add an amazing outdoor living space, a pool, or an area for children and pets to play. The common areas are a natural setting and beautifully maintained. It feels like you are living in a park.

 

We are a gated community controlled by the residents through an app. This offers a peaceful and safe environment with no through traffic. Amenities include a TIKI hut, boat ramp and a community dock. The docks are privately owned by the residents.

 

The Estates on Peace River offers fewer amenities than most of the other gated communities in the area, which means lower HOA fees.
